S-1601 Spreader Arms

Includes left and right spreader arms made from special grade steel that attach to the P-16 Rescue Tool (using the AP-1600 pins) for spreading and crushing applications. Unique serration design allows deeper engagement of the arms to provide mechanical advantage to increase spreading and crushing forces.

CS-1602 Power Blade

AP-1600 Attachment Pin Set

High-strength steel alloy ball-detent pins that secure spreading and cutting attachments to the P-16 Rescue Tool. Because left-side and right side pins are different lengths, they also have different diameters and are color coded to prevent improper installation.

PC-100 Controller Unit

The “brain” of the Power Hawk® P-16 Rescue System is the PC-100 Controller Unit. The PC-100 receives input from the P-16 Rescue Tool trigger switch and allows 12 volts DC power to be delivered to the Rescue Tool for operation. Special electronics within the PC-100 sense electrical current and automatically cut power to the tool when maximum force is reached. Weight: 6-pounds

PWR-3X12 Power Pack, 12V

Portable 12 Volts DC power pack that contains a 33 AH Valve-Regulated Absorbent-Glass-Mat (AGM) lead acid battery. Includes quick connectors, accessory port, cigarette lighter port, 5-LED charge indicator with test button, charger port, built-in straps to attach the Controller Unit. Case is vented and flame resistant.

BC-U1 Battery Charger

Custom charger required for Power Hawk 12 Volt DC Battery Power Packs. When full-charge is reached, the charger switches to “float mode” and will not over-charge the battery. The charger can therefore stay plugged into the battery pack. Three LED lights indicate charging status.

Designed to be easily mounted and resists heavy vibration. Automatically senses the input AC voltage and Hz and adjusts automatically. For international use, simply replace the universal style input cord with one having the plug needed for that country.
