P-16 RESCUE SYSTEM FACTORY TUNE-UP SERVICE
For the P-16 Rescue Tool, PC-100 Controller Unit, CA-4M Power Cable:
• Inspect all electrical cables and connectors for damage and clean contacts.
• Inspect P-16 frame, covers, and handles for damage and clean.
• Inspect PC-100 case for cracks, corrosion or damage,
• Test tool forces and system amperage.
• Inspect 70 degree pivot and clutch operation.
• Replace clutch stop screw, seals, thrust bearing, decals, fasteners and more.
• Re-grease gearboxes and chain drives.
• Install new 12-volt motor
• Install new pig-tail
• Inspect holding brake
• Inspect trigger switch.
• Replace plastic covers where necessary.
• Re-paint front and rear handles.
• Clean.
For the AP-1600 Attachment Pins:
• Inspect pins, ball-detents and tether cables.
• Repair as necessary.
For the S-1601 Spreader Arms:
• Inspect for excessive damage or cracking.
• Sharpen serrations where appropriate.
• Touch-up paint.
For the C-1601 Curved Cutter & CS-1602 Power Blade:
• Inspect blades for excessive damage or cracking.
• Remove burrs from blades and sharpen where appropriate.
• Replace cutter nut.
• Inspect cutter stop and tether cable.
For the PWR3X12 Power Pack:
• Check case for excessive damage or cracking.
• Check test button and indicator.
• Check battery integrity.
