Power Hawk Technologies, Inc, in an attempt to recognize the heroic efforts of rescue personnel worldwide, has established the WINGS OF LIFE AWARD PROGRAM. The Wings is awarded to personnel involved in an Outstanding rescue effort utilizing the Power Hawk Rescue System.

To qualify for the WINGS OF LIFE AWARD, the rescue agency must complete the following form online or download and complete the pdf version supplied below. (Patient names and other confidential information should be withheld).

Each member of the rescue team will receive an embroidered WINGS OF LIFE AWARD patch for use on his or her uniform along with a personalized certificate suitable for framing.
